Dr. Natasha's GAPS App Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Dr. Natasha's GAPS App ("the App"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Dr. Natasha's GAPS App is a dietary tracking and meal planning application designed to support users following the GAPS (Gut and Psychology Syndrome) diet protocol. The App provides tools for:

• Food logging and meal tracking
• GAPS diet stage progression monitoring
• Meal planning and recipe management
• Dietary compliance tracking

IMPORTANT: Dr. Natasha's GAPS App is NOT a medical application. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations. Always consult qualified healthcare professionals for medical guidance.

3. Subscriptions

Plans. Access to the App requires a subscription. We offer an auto-renewing monthly plan and an auto-renewing yearly plan. The monthly plan may include a 14-day free trial for new subscribers; the yearly plan does not include a free trial. Prices are shown in the App before you subscribe.

Billing. Payment is charged to your Apple or Google account when you confirm the purchase or, for a free trial, when the trial ends. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period (or of the free trial). A free trial converts to the paid monthly plan unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends.

Managing and cancelling. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancelling stops future renewals; deleting the App or your account does not cancel a subscription.

Refunds. Payments are processed by Apple or Google, and refunds are handled by them under their own refund policies. We cannot issue refunds for purchases made through the App Store or Google Play.

Price changes. If the price of your subscription changes, you will be notified in accordance with the rules of the App Store or Google Play, and where those rules require it you will be asked to agree to the new price before it applies.

4. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account
• You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes
• You understand that the App is for dietary tracking only and does not replace professional medical advice

5. Medical Disclaimer

Dr. Natasha's GAPS App IS NOT A MEDICAL APPLICATION. The App provides dietary tracking tools only and does not:

• Diagnose medical conditions
• Provide medical treatment recommendations
• Replace consultation with qualified healthcare professionals
• Offer medical advice of any kind

Always consult with qualified healthcare professionals, including GAPS-certified practitioners, before starting any dietary protocol or making health-related decisions.

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices regarding your personal information.

7. Limitation of Liability

Dr. Natasha's GAPS App and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the App. The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. Changes to subscription prices are governed by Section 3.
